This Toluca Lake remodel honors Paul Williams' original design while harmoniously expanding the estate. Originally built in 1937, this property still retains classic Williams touches such as the crescent shaped staircase and intricate crown moldings.  However, we aided the owner in modernizing certain aspects the exterior and interior of the property.  We also increased the house to 8,416 square feet.
